Mongo Management Studio differentiates between three types of queries, the "Find" query (F), queries with aggregation interrogative (A), as well as a console mode (C) where Mongo shell commands can be entered directly. Each mode can be set via the toolbar within a tab and has its own input mask. For each input screen you can specify a color scheme. When switching between the modes previously entered queries remain, but the query will not start automatically.
