As system administrator, you have access to the administration area of Mongo Management Studio via the button by clicking on "Administration" in the top menu bar. In the administration area Here you have access to the legal systemrights system of the application. You can see all All groups, rights, roles, and users . With a click on the are shown. Get back to Mongo Management Studio by clicking on the "Home" link "Home" inon the left hand navigation bar you come back to Mongo Management Studio.
Groups
Groups are an accumulation of users. You can assign roles to a group. Each user can be in one or more groups. After the installation of Mongo Management Studio there are no groups yet.
Rights
A list of all available rights in the application.
Roles
A role is a list of rights. There are three system roles (Admin, Guest and User) , to whom where individual rights can be assigned and removed. In addition, during installation the role "UserWithAccess" is created during installation. This role contains all rights which a user needs to use the application. It should not be deleted under any circumstances.
User
A list of all users of the application. By default, there's always a the user guest"guest" user. You can edit the users and change their rights, roles, and groups. You can also can set a user to inactive or completely delete him from the application.
Add user
Users register themselves in the application
At this point the The users have register themselves in the application. The procedure is described here: Login. However, they do have no rights in the application after a successful registration, first until the system administrator must assign only the role assigns the "UsersWithAccess" to usersrole to the user.
