Users register themselves in the application

At this point  the users register themselves in the application. The procedure is described here: Login. However, they do have no rights in the application after successful registration, first the system administrator must assign only the role "UsersWithAccess" to users.

Users are created by the system administrator

The system administrator navigates to the administration area and opens the overview of the users. Open the form "Create user" by clicking on the + icon to fill all fields.  It is important to assign the user to the role "UserWithAccess" and to set the user active. You could assign the rights individually as well. After saving the user is created.

It is recommended that a user changes his password after the first successful login.
