Settings
The Mongo Management Studio provides the ability to set various defaults. These settings apply to the current user and are stored permanently. You can access the settings by clicking the gear icon next to the "Connect" button.
Language
The localization of the application
Button Orientation
Buttons can be oriented in Windows style (save-button left, cancel right) or macOS (save-button right, cancel left) style.
Default view for found documents
The default view for displaying found documents.
Auto refresh data on Tab change
On tab change data in a view is updated.
Disable Compatibility warnings
Warnings for not supported MongoDB versions (<v3.X) can be deactivated.
Show only ID in Treeview
Documents-header in listview can contain a preview of the entire document or just an _id.
Use global toolbar
Locks the toolbar at the top of the app regardless of view or layout.
Default page size
Determines how many documents are displayed per page. If nothing is specified, the default value is 50.
Default MongoDB Port
Used as port to the MongoDB database instance when just specifying the host name to connect. Default value: 27017
